Hey, I’m Laura.

I started Strive Collective because I saw too many women doing everything right and still feeling stuck.

They were doing all the things the fitness industry told them to do, but no one was teaching them how to actually live in it.

After years of coaching in the gym, I realized most women didn’t need another plan or meal guide. They needed structure that made sense, coaching that actually taught them something, and systems that fit real life with kids, work, stress, and everything else.

That’s how The Strive Method was born.

  • Once you’re accepted into Strive, you’ll complete an onboarding questionnaire and goal-setting form. From there, your coach will build your training and nutrition systems, delivered through our training app. You’ll check in bi-weekly for updates, support, and adjustments with protocols tailored for you.

  • You can do Strive from anywhere. Your program is customized around your equipment whether you’re at home with dumbbells or training in a full gym.

  • Most programs hand you a plan. Strive gives you a system.

    You’ll learn how to train, eat, and think differently with structure, education, and reflection built in. We don’t just tell you what to do; we teach you how to do it long-term
