The Work Room gives you open gym access inside an environment that’s built for focus. It’s for lifters who already have a plan and want a space that matches their effort - clean, intentional, and fully equipped.

Whether you’re following your own program or one from a coach, The Workroom gives you the freedom to train your way, without the chaos.

  • The Strength Room focuses on small-group strength training. You’ll lift heavier, move better, and progress through structured, coach-led programming.

    The Engine Room is our conditioning-based class that builds endurance, athleticism, and overall work capacity. Many members combine both for a complete strength and conditioning experience.

  • Absolutely. Many of our members use The Work Room to get extra training time between their coached sessions. It’s the perfect way to add flexibility and keep building momentum.

  • Yes. Every program and class is coached and scalable. Whether you’re brand new to lifting or getting back into training, we’ll meet you where you’re at and teach you proper technique and progression from day one.

  • We offer flexible membership options depending on how you want to train — including group training, open gym access, and hybrid options. You can start with a consultation to determine what best fits your goals and schedule.

  • The Training House is fully equipped for strength and conditioning. Think racks, barbells, dumbbells, machines, and everything in between. We keep the space clean, organized, and performance-focused.
