Built for better

A space for people who care about their health, their strength, and doing it right.

At The Training House, every detail has intention behind it

The culture and the way we train is with purpose.

We built this space for people who expect more from their workouts and from themselves.

Some come to refine their lifts. Others rebuild their foundation or train for the first time. But everyone walks in with the same drive to get better.

Here, that effort doesn’t go unnoticed.

How You Train Matters

Whether you want guidance, independence, or both - this is your space to train with purpose.

At The Training House, you’ll find the balance between training hard and training smart. This is a house built for people who want to train with intention in a space that supports them.

This isn’t a gym built on trends or competition. It’s built on connections that make you want to show up and leave better than you came.

This is your space to grow stronger, move smarter, and build something you’re proud of regardless of what that looks like for you.

You belong here.

The story behind the HOUSE.

We built The Training House to bring integrity and intention back to the way people train.

The Training House was designed to feel different from the second you walk in.

A facility that is maintained and full of people who take pride in doing things the right way. It’s a space where strong bodies and strong minds are built side by side.

We believe everyone deserves to train in an environment that respects them. To walk onto the gym floor knowing that you are welcome there.

You’ll find freedom here - coaching and independence, accountability and autonomy - because real training is about showing up with purpose and doing the work well.

This is more than a gym. It’s a community of people who care.

We’ve spent a lot of time in gyms - coaching, training, and observing.

And over the years, we kept noticing the same thing: people showing up but not getting what they needed.

Gyms that felt crowded but disconnected. Coaching was loud but not personal. Somewhere along the way, fitness lost its focus.

We knew there had to be a better way. A way that taught movement well, honoured effort, and cared about people beyond their workout stats.

So we built it.

You’ll feel it the moment you walk in

The Training House isn’t just another gym. It’s a space designed to blend experience with results.

The way we program. The way the space flows. The way the coaching adapts to the people in front of us. It’s structured, but not rigid. Serious, but not intimidating.

We call it The Training House Approach - a blend of expertise, environment, effort that creates results that last.

This is what The Training House is built on.

A clear approach. A powerful atmosphere. A community that raises the bar together.

You’ll feel it in every session and you’ll take it with you when you leave.

The Team That Brings the House to Life

A woman kneeling on one knee with a cheerful expression, wearing a dark purple cardigan, dark pants, and white sneakers, against a plain light background.

Hey! I’m Laura.

I’m a NSCA certified personal trainer and former collegiate athlete. I believe that training should be about helping you lift in a way that makes life better. For me, that means gaining strength to keep up with my 2 boys and exploring this beautiful world.

A no pressure atmosphere in fitness is hard to come by, but it’s something that I’ve mastered. I take pride in leading a space that recognizes all goals and starting points while also pushing you past your limits.

I’m a firm believer that strength and cardio work best in tandem and everyone should make training a priority. As a mom of 2, I know how crazy life can get but I also know how much better you can show up when you’re putting the work into yourself first.

I’ll see you in The House!

Hey! I’m Susan Keane.

I’ve spent most of my life navigating the ups and downs in health and fitness, but finding the community at the Training House changed that. It’s where I finally felt comfortable in my body, confident in my strength, and supported in my journey. That’s the experience I hope to create for everyone.

Growth is my happy place. I’m happiest learning new skills, and finding challenges that push me out of my comfort zone!

As a coach, I love seeing the mindset shift when people discover strength they didn’t know they had, pushing past limits they thought were fixed and realizing how training can make every day life feel easier.

With good vibes and good music, I’m here to help you get stronger inside and out. Come train with me at the House and let’s see what you’re capable of!

Hey! I’m sarah mercier.

I joined this gym the same way most people do: nervous, unsure, and honestly a little scared to try something new. What started as joining a bootcamp in 2022 quietly changed my entire life. Fast-forward three years and I’m a personal trainer who’s stronger, happier, and more confident than I ever imagined.

By day, I’m a Certified Human Resources Professional. After hours, you’ll find me in my happy place - working out, coaching, or spending time with my dogs.

As your trainer, I’ll encourage you because I’ve been exactly where you are. I’m someone who took a chance and realized just how much was possible when I showed up for myself. I will always meet you where you’re at and remind you that your fitness journey can move with every season of your life.

My favourite part of coaching? Cheering you on as you hit those “I never thought I could do that” moments. Those wins never get old!

Hey! I’m Olivia Crozier.

My name is Liv. I’m a certified personal trainer through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology with an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences from Western University. I’m passionate about long-term health, wellbeing, and helping people feel strong, empowered, and purposeful through movement.

I believe functional movement is a powerful tool for promoting longevity, building confidence, self-efficacy, fostering community, and staying engaged in the activities that make life meaningful; whether that’s hiking, traveling, keeping up with kids or grandkids, or simply feeling strong in your daily routine.

For the past decade, running and endurance sports have been my main focus and outlet. I’ve completed two full marathons, more than 15 half marathons, and two Ironman 70.3 triathlons. While endurance sport is my specialty, I also emphasize the foundational pillars of performance and injury prevention: strength training, mobility, adequate rest, recovery, sleep and mental health.

Whether your goal is getting stronger, moving with more ease in your daily life, chasing a new personal best, getting into running, training for a race, or simply finding a way of moving that feels good and sustainable, I’m here to support you with an evidence-based, client-centered, and compassionate approach that’s tailored to your needs!
