FAQ
-
Do I need to be experienced to train here?
Not at all. Whether you’re brand new to lifting or an experienced athlete, our coaches meet you where you’re at. Every session — from group training to open gym — is structured to help you move well, build strength, and progress safely.
-
How do I know which service is right for me?
It depends on your goals.
If you want personalized coaching and structure, start in The Strength Room.
If you crave high-energy conditioning, try The Engine Room.
If you prefer to train independently, The Work Room gives you access to our open gym.
And if you’re online, Strive Collective brings The Training House standard straight to you.
-
Can I train on my own and still get support?
Yes. The Work Room gives you the freedom to follow your own program while still being part of the community. You can also add coaching or nutrition support if you want extra accountability.
-
Do you offer nutrition coaching?
Absolutely. Nutrition coaching is available as an add-on to both in-person and online memberships. It’s built to help you understand how to fuel your goals without restriction or guesswork.
-
Can I try a class before committing?
Yes! You can book a trial class for The Engine Room or a consultation for The Strength Room to see if it’s the right fit.
-
Do you have open gym hours?
Yes. The Work Room offers full access for independent training. Members can choose between full-access or off-peak hours depending on their schedule.
