Walking into the gym for the very first time and being greeted with a smile and a hello was so welcoming as the gym can be an intimidating place! The environment is fun, challenging and inclusive as I have been able to bring my baby along with me. It’s an investment into yourself and completely worth it, it’s fun to feel strong 💪
